WHAT IS FCMPT?
- No matter where you are in the world you can train with me using my phased integrated training system. If you commit you will see the results
- I will find out a bit about you, your likes and dislikes and what you want to achieve, whether you are working from home or at a gym and with that info I will create tailor made programs suited to you.
- Most importantly I will assess you through video messaging and put together a programme that corrects any muscle imbalances individual to you, and trust me we all have them.
- Correcting these muscle imbalances will massively reduce the risk of injury, improve posture and joint alignment so you can push further and over time see even bigger results.
- There will be video demonstrations along with accurate descriptions and coaching cues for you by me of all the exercises in your programme.
- You will be able to message me questions and even show me your technique via video so I can send you feedback.
- If you wish I can provide you with nutritional advice once I find out about you current eating patterns and your goals.
- Every 4-6 weeks I will reassess you, review the programme and look at progressing further.
- I’ll be there every step of the way, giving you as much support as you need to becoming the best version of you.
