Learn some of your favourite dance moves combined with exercises from my phased workouts and continue to work your Core, Balance and Agility at the same time as learning the Samba, Rumba, Jive, Merengue, Quickstep, Salsa, Cha Cha Cha and the Charleston. Especially written music giving you the vibe of the different styles. It’s a great way to get fit and have fun. You can mix and match intervals to create your own workouts.
